First easel card

I got an email this morning.  A notification from Youtube that Sy had posted a Happy Accidents studio video tutorial.  So I watched it ...... she says it's especially for me because I can never remember how to do it!  Hah!  I consider the gauntlet well and truly thrown down, the challenge is on :-)

So here it is - I used some Bazzill Bling in Blue Crystal for the easel card base, then two papers from Craft Creations.  I rounded the corners on all of these.  The doily lace circle mat is a Dienamics die, the landscape is from Memory Box and the sentiment .... I have no idea, it's a really old stamp!  The raised 'stopping' piece is actually an oval, it proved very difficult to photograph without foreshortening the angle so it looks almost circular :-)

It was quicker to make than I thought and I am pleased with it ...... will definitely be making some more.  Thanks Sy, even if you did shame me on Youtube in front of the whole nation LOL LOL LOL

  2. Not just the nation, Wendy... The World!!!! I was going to mention using a corner punch to make it more interesting. I see you've already done that... quick turnaround if I do say so myself!
