Finished at Last!

Over the last craft weekend I made five Little Girl pages, then spent most of last week on the final few, five during the week and three on Saturday. Finally finished at about 6:30 pm! I won't post all 13 LOs, but here are a few ...... they are photographed in the album, so the flash bounces off the page protectors a bit, but I just couldn't face taking them all out and photographing separately! I must admit, I am a bit "scrapped out" at the moment, so I might spend some time concentrating on other crafts for a while :-) Hand over is today (Sunday), sometime this afternoon, so I will let you all know later if they like the album! Fingers crossed..........

Sharing

Another Little Girl LO, sharing an ice cream with Big Sister :-) I hesitated about using the big pearly swirl as it cost about £4 ....... then I thought, well that reasoning means I will never use it, in which case the money spent is wasted! I am really pleased with the effect it gives, might have to go and buy another one now :-) I also used another sheet of old paper! The title and flowers are embossed with swirls and daisies respectively.

I have worked out that I need to do 13 or 15 more pages (depends on how many photos I get given for February). Handover is Sunday 14th February. The clock is ticking ....... watch this space!

Sleepy? Me? I don't think so!

The latest Little Girl LO. Oh I am really making progress now, only 10 days until handover and still Sept 09 to the present day to scrap...... I am not actually running around in panicky circles yet, just getting close to it LOL.

I used a background paper which I have had for 4 or 5 years, some scrolls cut on Karen's Big shot machine, letters cut on the Robo and the text was printed on Safmat. There are also tiny jewels along the scrolls, they don't show up that well in the picture!

"Create" ATC

A few posts ago, I showed you all some ATC backgrounds, I was a bit stuck on what to do with them next. Well here is one of them! I have decided to do a series using the word "create" and this is the first one. First I embossed the background with my new machine and then the metal, then punched out the shapes, put nailheads here and there, used bazzill gold metallic card for the frame and to put the word on. Oh and I printed the word onto Safmat, a self adhesive clear film from Letraset which is designed to go through your printer.

I am not really sure what to do with these things now ...... am hesitating about joining a swap on UK Scrappers, but am not really confident about it. Maybe I will make a few more before I decide :-)
